Agreement and account use
By creating an account, placing an order, paying an invoice, or using the portal, you agree to these Terms with Cheap Clouding Inc., the Acceptable Use Policy, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Abuse Policy, Tax Policy, and Support SLA. You must provide accurate account, billing, ownership, and contact information and keep it current.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account and for protecting passwords, email access, API keys, and administrative credentials.
- You may not transfer, resell, or assign services without Cheap Clouding's written approval, except where a product page or written agreement allows it.
- We may verify identity, payment ownership, domain ownership, or business details before provisioning, renewing, transferring, restoring, or changing a service.
Services and provisioning
Cheap Clouding provides hosting, WordPress hosting, domain management, professional services, support workflows, billing records, and related add-ons through the portal. Service descriptions, prices, renewal periods, quotas, and included support are shown at checkout or in the customer dashboard.
- Provisioning may be automatic or manually reviewed depending on payment status, fraud checks, product type, inventory, registry rules, or operational risk.
- Resource values shown in the dashboard describe the hosting plan assigned to the service. Server-side enforcement, monitoring, backups, and provisioning may be handled by internal systems.
- We may update platform software, security rules, server placement, IP addresses, nameservers, or operational procedures when needed to maintain service quality or security.
WordPress plugin licenses
Cheap Clouding Inc. owns and manages WordPress plugin licenses offered through Cheap Clouding bundles or managed WordPress services unless a written service description says otherwise. Customers receive the benefit of the assigned license while the related service is active and paid.
- License keys may remain masked and may not be revealed, transferred, copied, resold, reused, or assigned outside the approved customer service.
- When a hosting service, bundle, or plugin add-on is cancelled, unpaid, suspended, or terminated, Cheap Clouding may revoke, reassign, or stop renewing the related plugin license.
- Commercial plugin vendor terms may restrict features, sites, environments, updates, resale, support, or transfer rights.
Billing and changes
Invoices, quotes, transactions, renewals, cancellations, credits, and service changes are tracked in the portal. You are responsible for reviewing invoice totals, renewal dates, taxes, product terms, and cancellation timing before payment.
- Services may be suspended, restricted, or terminated for unpaid invoices, payment disputes, fraud risk, policy violations, chargebacks, or abuse reports.
- Cancellation stops future renewal billing only after it is accepted or processed under the product's cancellation rules. It does not automatically refund past charges.
- Plan upgrades, downgrades, migrations, add-ons, and professional services may change renewal pricing, billing cycles, technical scope, or support commitments.
Domains and third-party rules
Domain registrations, renewals, transfers, DNS changes, WHOIS/contact updates, locks, and auth-code requests are subject to registry, registrar, ICANN, payment network, and applicable legal rules. Those rules may override portal timing, cancellation, transfer, and refund requests.
- You are responsible for confirming spelling, TLD, registrant details, nameservers, renewal settings, and transfer authorization before submitting a domain order.
- Some domain actions cannot be reversed once submitted to a registry or registrar.
- We may decline, delay, reverse, or suspend domain actions when required by law, provider policy, fraud controls, abuse handling, or ownership disputes.
Content, security, and access
You are responsible for the websites, files, databases, email activity, scripts, plugins, themes, credentials, integrations, and users connected to your services. You must keep applications patched and must not use the platform for prohibited activity.
- We may remove malware, disable scripts, block traffic, suspend services, rotate credentials, or require remediation when a site threatens the platform, other customers, or third parties.
- Backups, restores, malware cleanup, migrations, and incident assistance are provided according to the service plan, support scope, and operational availability.
- You must keep independent copies of business-critical data unless a written service description expressly includes managed backup obligations.
Liability and service changes
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Cheap Clouding is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, search ranking, revenue, email deliverability, third-party software behavior, domain registry decisions, or customer business outcomes.
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Utah, United States, except where mandatory consumer, registry, payment network, or applicable law requires otherwise.
- We may modify these Terms when needed for legal, provider, security, operational, or product reasons. Material changes will be posted on the website or portal.
- If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
