Cheap Clouding Inc. adds applicable tax at checkout based on billing location, including country, state, and ZIP/postal code where configured. Tax settings should still be reviewed by an accountant before high-volume paid launch.

Tax calculation

Cheap Clouding may calculate, estimate, collect, or display sales tax, VAT, GST, digital-services taxes, or similar charges where required or configured. Taxes are added at checkout based on the billing country, state, and ZIP/postal code available for the customer or order.

  • Prices are tax-exclusive unless a product page, quote, invoice, or checkout screen clearly states otherwise.
  • Tax estimates may change based on billing address, ZIP/postal code, service location, domain rules, product type, exemption status, or provider fees.
  • If a ZIP/state tax rule is not configured, the checkout may use the configured fallback rate until the order is reviewed or corrected.
  • Manual invoice tax rates may be used for quotes, adjustments, corrections, or regions not yet covered by automated rules.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, business, and tax information. If you are exempt, reverse-charge eligible, VAT/GST registered, or purchasing for resale, you must provide valid documentation before the invoice is finalized where applicable.

  • Failure to provide accurate tax details may result in corrected invoices, additional tax charges, or account review.
  • Customers remain responsible for taxes, duties, import charges, withholding, reporting, or self-assessment obligations not collected by Cheap Clouding.
  • Tax IDs and exemption documents may be verified before being applied.

Domains, providers, and government fees

Domain registry fees, registrar fees, redemption/restoration fees, premium domain fees, government filing fees, and provider pass-through charges may be taxed or treated differently from hosting services.

  • Government or registry fees may be non-refundable even when a related service is cancelled.
  • Provider fee changes may be passed through to future invoices or renewals.
  • Professional service filings, registrations, or compliance work may involve third-party or government charges outside ordinary hosting taxes.

Corrections and refunds

If a tax amount is incorrect, Cheap Clouding may issue a corrected invoice, debit, credit, refund, or account adjustment. Tax refunds follow applicable law, provider rules, and the Refund Policy.

  • Taxes already remitted to an authority or provider may not be refundable except as required by law.
  • Refunded services may not always include refunded taxes, gateway fees, currency conversion, or government charges.
  • Tax questions should be opened through support before payment when possible.
